You will be allocated a dedicated account manager to act as one point of contact to deal with all of your training requirements and general enquiries.

Unlike some training providers, we can access a much wider range of funding so you can get more for your training budget.  We’ll source the funding for you and deal with all of the red tape so that you can concentrate on your business.  We are also a government approved provider for the Apprenticeship service, which enables you to grow your own talent.

With the backing of a large further education college which delivers courses to over 16,500 people each year, we are able to offer you a massive range of training programmes covering most industries.  This means you won’t have to spend time and money looking for lots of different training providers to meet your needs. Many of our courses can be customised and tailored to your particular needs or industry, we have considerable experience in developing and delivering a wide range of bespoke courses and programmes. On the rare occasion that we can’t meet your training needs, then we can put you in touch with someone who can.

Bespoke training

We understand that sending staff on courses is not always the most convenient way to give your staff new skills. We offer a bespoke training solutions package, working with businesses like yours to design and develop training that can be delivered where and when you need it – whether you require a tailored version of any of our existing courses or a totally bespoke programme.

We do this by working closely with you to identify the issues you want to address, developing appropriate training solutions to meet your objectives and measuring the impact this training has on your organisation to show real business benefits.
