What is an apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a unique blend of practical on-the-job training and academic learning, allowing individuals to earn while they learn. It’s an ideal way for employers to develop a motivated, skilled workforce tailored to their specific needs. Apprentices work alongside experienced staff, gaining real-world experience while also studying towards industry-recognized qualifications.
Apprenticeships are available at various levels, meaning you can use them to build talent across all levels of your organisation—from entry-level positions to leadership roles.

How Apprenticeship Funding Works
We know that cost can be a concern, which is why we work with you to maximize funding opportunities and make apprenticeships a cost-effective solution for your business.
If your annual wage bill exceeds £3 million, you’re already paying into the Apprenticeship Levy, which can be used to fund apprenticeship training. We’ll help you navigate the levy, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from your investment in your workforce.
If your wage bill is below £3 million, you’ll only need to pay 5% of the training costs, with the government covering the remaining 95%. There are also additional incentives and grants available to further reduce costs.
Whether you’re a levy-paying business or not, we’re here to help you unlock the funding you’re entitled to and put it to work building a stronger, more skilled workforce.
