Music (Performance and Production) HNC

Music Performance at Bedford College Photoshoot 2021

Overview

Music HNC (Full time)

The HNC and HND in Music offers a practical pathway into the music industry as either a Performer or within a production role. The first year builds on the skills developed during Level 3 and focusses on advancing Instrumental practice and music theory as well as preparing for a career in the music industry.

The students can progress onto higher education in Music whilst remaining in the college environment that they are accustomed to. Students have the option of studying for either a production or performance career, but will also have the fundamentals of both to draw on. Students work in state of art music facilities with industry professionals and create a portfolio of material to boost their career opportunities.
