12 months.
As part of the Assessor Coach apprenticeship, you will develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours linked to a range of key areas such as:
- Plan and conduct inclusive assessments
- Participate in standardisation, moderation and quality assurance
- Develop and maintain current and accurate records
- Provide information, advice and guidance
- Undertake continual professional development activities
Desirable:
English and maths grade 4 or higher or equivalent.
Other requirements…
A qualification, at an appropriate level, and relevant up-to-date experience in the candidate’s vocational/subject specialism.
- 20% of the job time
- Training to use appropriate IT resources
- Mentor within the workplace
- How to record and store information
Course progression:
Quality assurance qualification.
Career progression:
Progress onto a full teaching role within an education and training provider organisation.
