This course is suitable for anyone who wants to work towards studying animal care qualifications. The course will help you develop your skills to work towards future employment. The theory aspects of the course are supplemented by gaining practical experience with a range of animals at Shuttleworth College.

This course is designed to help prepare you for working within a range of roles within the animal sector, as well are for studying Higher Education. At Shuttleworth College we house over 400 different species of animals within the Zoological Educational Centre which also holds a Zoo Licence.

Essential: 3 GCSEs 9 – 1.

BTEC Level 1 Introductory in Vocational Studies.

You will be assessed through assignments and workbooks.
