You will study:

The basic principles of Health and Healthy Living.

This course will help learners gain fundamental understanding of healthy living; from healthy eating to hygiene, this course serves as an introduction to these topics and will benefit learners who are interested in this area and wish to gain a better understanding of how to look after themselves and others.
