What are Skills Bootcamps?
Government funded training programmes designed to help adults gain the skills needed to secure a job, progress in their current role, or move into a new industry.
These short, flexible courses are tailored to meet local employer needs, ensuring participants are job-ready on completion.
Eligibility and funding
- open to adults aged 19+
- no prior experience required for many courses
- must be looking for career progression or a change in career direction
- fully funded if you are unemployed or if employed contribution of 10% (SMEs) or 30% payable at the start of your Skills Bootcamp.
