Financial Information & Support
If your child is a school leaver aged 16-18 in 31 August 2025, our Level 2 and Level 3 courses are free to study (except Access courses where a fee may be charged).
If your child is 19-23 on 31 August 2025 and looking to study their first Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, then tuition may be free, subject to terms and conditions.
Anyone aged 19 and above on 31 August 2025 who already have a Level 3 qualification, or for anyone over the age of 24, there will be a fee. You may be eligible to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan, although this is dependent on the Level 3 course chosen.

Our Student Services team offer advice, guidance and support on a wide range of financial, personal and career-related issues and are there to help make the college experience a happy and successful one.
We have specialist support for students with an identified learning difficulty and/or disability. More information can be found here.
Our Student Services team can provide impartial, confidential careers advice and guidance to help our students:
- Decide what they want to do next
- Find out more about options in education, training and work both at college and beyond
- Get support with job searches and with university applications.
Our Student Services team are on-hand to talk about any money matters relating to college. They can also provide information on bursaries that may be available. More information can be found here.
We are committed to keeping our students safe at all times and have a dedicated Safeguarding & Welfare team. We also have a Mental Health Support team available to offer guided self-help.

The Students’ Union works in partnership with the college, striving for outstanding teaching, learning, services and facilities.
We hold Student Voice Network meetings across all our campuses. Meetings are designed to allow students to discuss relevant college topics and feed back on more general issues or ideas. Students have the opportunity to nominate themselves for Student President or Student Governor roles.
