Academic Support
The library team understand that it can be daunting for students to step up to the next level of achievement, or return to study after a long break, so at every campus we are very happy to help with any academic support you need.
We will familiarise you with college systems, and can work with you to help you learn how to write academically, deliver dazzling presentations or understand the intricacies of referencing and citation.
Unique Study Spaces
Whether you need us to show you how to get the best from our wide range of books and online resources, or you just want a peaceful space where you can work independently or with friends, our libraries cater to a variety of needs and learning styles.
We have quieter areas that will help you focus, and spaces where you can discuss assignments or even spread out and work collaboratively on projects.
You are always welcome to drop in to the library and use a desk, a laptop or a PC when it is convenient for you. We can even help you plan your visit in advance by making computer bookings to fit your busy schedule.
Located on each of our campuses, Munch and Mocha is the ideal space to debate your last class over a coffee or savour a delicious lunch with friends.
We offer everything from main meals, sandwiches and snacks and we also have a great selection of hot and cold drinks. There are also plenty of take-away options available!
We can cater for all dietary needs, please come and speak with our Chef Managers for more information.
We have a specialist team of professional Student Services Coordinators who can offer guidance and support on a range of financial, personal and career-related issues, helping to make your College experience a happy and successful one.
We are proud to have earned the Matrix Standard award, which means that the professional guidance and support we offer is of the highest quality.
You may be eligible for financial support via one of our bursary schemes to help with the associated costs of studying and refreshments. Student Services are able to provide you with further information and help you complete an application.
