Enrolment events
You should have received an email inviting you to book onto an enrolment event. If you have not received this email, please contact us using Livechat or by calling us on 0345 658 8990.
At the event, you will:
- Find out about any fee concessions available to you
- Finalise your enrolment
- Receive your student ID card and parking permit (if needed)
- Find out about any equipment or kit you need to purchase, or professional organisations you need to join
- Receive confirmation of your course’s start date, time and room.
Enrolment form
When you booked your slot for enrolment, you should have received a confirmation email with a link to complete your online enrolment form. You will need to complete this prior to attending the event.

To complete the form, you need to:
- Enter your name and email address
- Upload a photo of yourself for your student ID card
- Confirm your highest-level qualification
- Confirm your employment status
- Sign the declaration to agree to our terms and conditions
Important!
When uploading your photo, it is really important that you click Preview to view your photo before you click the Upload button. You must do this to ensure your photo is oriented the correct way round.
Course fees
As stated in your offer letter, you may be entitled to study your course for free if you are unemployed and have a means-tested benefit or are employed and earn under £30,491 annually (before tax).
If you think you qualify for, please remember to bring the following evidence with you to your enrolment event:
- If you are unemployed and have a means-tested benefit, we must see proof of your benefit which is dated within the last three months
- If you are employed and earn under £30,491 annually (before tax), we must see your last three months(12 weeks) payslips.
If your employer is funding your course, please bring with you a company purchase order number and letter on headed paper from your employer so that we can invoice them directly. Our credit terms are up to 30 days and we can accept payment over the phone or via BACS.
If you are funding your course through an Advanced Learner Loan, we will need to see proof that you have applied for or been granted your Advanced Learner Loan.
