  • Finalise your enrolment
  • Receive your timetable
  • Get your student ID card.

Enrolment form

When you received an email inviting you to an enrolment event, the email should have included a link to complete your online enrolment form. You will need to complete this prior to attending the event.

If you have not received this email, please contact us using Live Chat or by calling us on 0345 658 8990.

To complete the form, you need to:

  • Enter your name and email address
  • Confirm your English and Maths grades
  • Confirm your highest-level qualification and upload your certificate
  • Upload a photo of yourself
  • Upload a proof of ID
  • Confirm your employment, socio-economic class and accommodation details
  • Confirm how you intend to fund the course – if this is through the Student Loans Company, then we will ask you to provide your Student Support number and upload evidence that your application has been submitted (please do not worry if it is not yet approved)
  • Sign the declaration, agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Important!

When uploading your photo, it is really important that you click Preview to view your photo before you click the Upload button. You must do this to ensure your photo is oriented the correct way round.

Payment options

You must have your means of paying your tuition fees ready when attending an enrolment event.  You may pay using one (or a combination of) the following options:

  • Full payment of course fees on enrolment.
  • HE loan – you will need to provide your Student Finance ‘Notification of Entitlement’ letter when you enrol.
  • Direct Debit – you can pay by (up to) 7 monthly direct debit instalments, one on enrolment followed by 6 consecutive monthly instalments.
  • Employer invoicing – if your employer is funding your course, you must provide either a letter of authorisation signed by someone other than yourself on letterhead paper, or an official purchase order number.

If you are planning to fund your course with an HE loan and have not yet applied, then please do as soon as possible.

When applying for your tuition fee loan please ensure that:

  • you apply for Student Finance for ‘Higher Education’ (NOT Further Education/Advanced Learning loan).
  • you select Bedford College as your Higher Education Institution (NOT University of Bedfordshire)

When you receive your Student Finance England ‘Notification of Entitlement’ letter, remember to sign and return your Student Loan Declaration form. This can be found on the back page of the Notification of Entitlement letter.

If you have any issues with regard to your loan application, please contact Student Finance England on 0300 100 0607.
