Public Services Introductory (Level 1)This course is a great starting point for anybody that would like to work with the public. Whilst the course mainly focuses on careers in the police, fire service, prison service, army, navy and RAF, we will be able to support you with a wide range of career goals.

Level 1 BTEC Introductory Diploma in Vocational Studies (Public Services).

Your assessments throughout this course will continuously monitor your progress; these could include practicals, research tasks, worksheets or presentations.

How will I learn?
You will be able to learn in a fun and interactive environment with a tutor that is experienced in teaching a range of public services courses. You will learn through a variety of different methods including practicals, interactive sessions, videos, presentations and self evaluations.

Funding Information
All full-time Level 1 and Level 2 courses are now FREE for everyone, whatever their age. If you are looking to study a Level 3 qualification, courses might still be free if you’re under 19 or 19-23 and studying your first full Level 3 qualification. Whether you need to pay a fee and how much will be dependent on the programme you choose to study. For more information call 0345 658 8990.
