Photography HNC (Full time)

The HNC Photography course looks at vocational photographic practice and how to implement it within real-world scenarios. The course covers a range of genres, encouraging exploration into a broad range of disciplines around image creation. Through the use of the cameras’ manual settings, technical application and photographic theory, the HNC Photography course builds ability and confidence whilst promoting independent realisation of projects and tasks to a high standard.

Through the development of personal creative approaches, Students are encouraged and aided in pursuing project ideas independently and network to build industry links for the development of their career path.

  • The course benefits from expert tuition from a working photographer with long-standing industry experience and achievements
  • Healthy mixture of vocational and creative practice taught, with a view to spring boarding students into industry through vocational insights and networks
  • Students learn in a casual environment with contemporary equipment (cameras/lighting/macs/software)
  • Student input is used to generate topics covered
