Personal Training (Practitioner) YMCA Level 3 Diploma

Sport students at Central Bedfordshire College (CBC).

Overview

Personal Training (Practitioner) YMCA Level 3 Diploma

This course runs on Thursday evenings so you can study alongside work commitments.  Most evenings will be a combination of classroom activities and a session in our fantastic Matrix gym.  Industry-standard facilities will ensure you develop your skills on the same high-quality machines found in leading fitness centres. From strength and resistance stations to advanced cardiovascular equipment, Matrix supports safe, effective, and varied workouts.

If you have ambitions to work with clients in the fitness sector, this is the course for you.  A Level 3 course is a great entry point and gives you the option of working for yourself while building your client base or taking your studies forward with a degree in Sport Science – and we run that course too!  Our staff will advise you on your next steps so you can plan your career with confidence.
