Parent Pathway

Exploring Education and Employment as an Adult

This pathway is designed as a supportive stepping stone for parents who are returning to the workforce after time spent caring for their families. There are no formal entry requirements, making it accessible to anyone who is ready to take the next step or is looking for new challenges that utilise the skill set developed through parenting.

Over the course of six weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Recognise and unlock the transferable skills  you’ve developed through your parental responsibilities, such as organisation, problem-solving and clarity.
  • Explore education options as an adult,
  • Consider new opportunities for entering or re-entering the workforce.
  • You’ll also receive personalised support, information, and guidance to help you identify your next steps and set meaningful goals — opening the door to a wide range of life opportunities.
