Overview
Nutrition & Health NCFE Level 2 Certificate (Distance Learning)Whilst studying this course, you will explore the principles of healthy eating, consider the nutritional needs of a variety of individuals, plan a healthy diet, look at the principles of weight management and develop your understanding of eating disorders.
All of the Level 2 courses are free. These courses last up to 16 weeks and you can start them at any point throughout the year, and complete them in your own free time.

What will I study?
The units studied are;
- Explore the principles of healthy eating
- Consider nutritional needs of a variety of individuals
- Use food and nutrition information to plan a healthy diet
- The principles of weight management
- Understanding eating disorders
- Principles of food safety for the home environment
