Hair and Beauty (Level 1)This course will equip you with the basic knowledge for working in the hair and beauty industry. During your first year you will learn a wide range of skills to give you an excellent starting point for your Level 2 course.
Studying the Level 1 Hair and Beauty Diploma will enable you to experience a variety of different treatments and services within hair and/or beauty. At the end of your first year of training, you will continue your training in either hairdressing, barbering or beauty therapy at Level 2.

Next steps
Course progression:

Funding Information
All full-time Level 1 and Level 2 courses are now FREE for everyone, whatever their age. If you are looking to study a Level 3 qualification, courses might still be free if you’re under 19 or 19-23 and studying your first full Level 3 qualification. Whether you need to pay a fee and how much will be dependent on the programme you choose to study. For more information call 0345 658 8990.
