Course information
The Houghton Regis Hub is a supportive, specialist learning environment for young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who may currently find mainstream education challenging.
We offer a carefully designed curriculum built around the Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) framework, helping students develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need for independence, community inclusion and future employment.
Learners access personalised pathways that may include English and maths, employability qualifications, work‑based activities, study skills and targeted EHCP interventions. Our calm, structured approach ensures every student is supported to grow in confidence, make meaningful progress and move towards their next steps at a pace that feels right for them.
