Overview

Digital Skills & IT Intermediate (Level 2)

This course provides learners with an understanding of the importance of digital skills in the workplace and how changes in employment have led to an increase in demand across a number of sectors. Learners will learn different digital skills that are required, and valued by employers to establish a successful career in today’s digital economy. Learners will also identify their own career/progression goals and plan how they will develop their digital skills to meet their intended goals.

3 GCSEs grades 9-3 OR equivalent qualification at Level 1.

Qualifications

Gateway Qualification L2 Extended Certificate in Digital and IT Skills.

Assessment methods

Coursework only via a portfolio.
