Creating Hand-tied Bouquets

This short course is ideal if you are interested in floristry and want to develop your knowledge of the many different styles of floral design, including traditional hand tied bouquets and contemporary arrangements. The course is designed to be fun and flexible to accommodate your specific interests. The course is designed to provide you with the opportunity to create a variety of floral designs. The art of complementing flowers and colours together requires expertise and attention to detail, and you will be instructed on many simple techniques to help create beautiful floral designs.

Course information

Entry requirements

There are no formal qualifications required to take part in this course, but it would be an advantage if you love working with flowers.

How will I be assessed?

There will be no formal assessments on this course.

What will I study?

The course will give you the opportunity to create a variety of contemporary and commercial designs, to include a hostess hand-tied bouquet, natural tied posy, limited flower bouquet, table arrangements and function decorating.
