Christmas Wreaths & Door Designs

This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to try your hand at making festive floral decorations to hang on your door during the Christmas period. You will be instructed on the skills needed to create a variety of special floral designs for the Christmas period, with designs range from a stunning door wreath to a long lasting foliage swag. Whatever you choose to design, this course will give you the chance to have fun and show off your creativity; come along and find out more about the tricks of the trade!

Entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this course, though you must be aged sixteen and over.

Course content

The course will focus on the choice of materials, to include textures, colour and form. You will be able to practice different techniques using a range of media. You will focus on creating and experimenting with special designs for the festive season.

There is no formal assessment on this course

Further study and career options

On completion of this course you could progress on to one of our many other floristry courses.

Funding Information

Pay by instalments

The College offers an instalment plan for Further Education and Higher Education courses to students where the total amount payable at the point of enrolment is £200 or more. Within the scheme there is an ability to pay up to 6 instalments, depending on the length of the courses and the final payment must be paid at least a month before the end of the course.
