To serve as a stepping stone for individuals who are currently, or have previously been, informal carers — helping them recognise and unlock the transferable skills they’ve developed, and explore new opportunities within the workforce.

As part of the course, you will receive additional support, information, and guidance to help identify your next steps and set meaningful goals — opening the door to a wide range of life opportunities.

You will study:

Level 2 Distance learning course of your choice.

Take the first step into English, Math and ICT — a gentle introduction designed to build your confidence and spark your interest in learning.

Next steps

To help you reach your full potential, there will be opportunities to explore further courses tailored to your goals — such as Access courses, Adult Maths and English, among many others.
