Overview
Business Advanced (Logistics and Sustainability) (Level 3)This Level 3 programme is designed to offer students the opportunity to develop knowledge around their preferred pathway.
Supply chain and logistics – with Northants being regarded across the UK as ‘The Golden Triangle of Logistics’, this programme will equip students with essential skills that are highly valued by employers. This can significantly enhance career opportunities and open doors to various roles in business management, logistics, and supply chain management – with the sector employing over 10% of the population in the local area.
Sustainability – offering a Level 3 Business Qualification with a focus on sustainability not only prepares students to tackle global challenges but also enhances their career prospects and equips them with valuable, transferable skills. This approach aligns with the growing demand for sustainable business practices and can lead to long-term success for both students and the organisations they join.
You learn to research, give presentations, produce papers and projects, work in teams, develop your communication skills and study a wide range of business topics. There is feedback at the end of each unit, allowing you to develop a clear sense of how you are progressing.
You will take core units which introduce the fundamentals of business organisations as well as other units from more specialist areas.
You can progress on to our Business HNC/HND. As part of the programme, you will be given advice on developing a career in business to help you make the important decision about what to do next.
