Bookkeeping AAT Level 3 Advanced CertificateThe Level 3 Certificate in bookkeeping covers a range of complex accounting tasks, where students will learn and master a number of accounting disciplines. Accounting technicians are skilled staff, employed in jobs ranging from clerks to accounts department managers. They are also increasingly required in industry and commerce, so if you have AAT qualifications at any level your career prospects will be extremely good. On successful completion of this course you could also progress on to our full Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.

To start you should have:
- An AAT level 2 certificate in Accounting/BookkeepingORTwo A-Levels, one of which is in Accounting
OR
- Relevant experience subject to passing the AAT Skills-check
During the course you will cover topics including:
- Financial Accounting
- Preparing Financial Statements
- Tax processes for Business
AAT Advanced certificate in Bookkeeping Level 3.
You will be assessed via computer-based exams.
Course progression:
On successful completion of this course you could also progress on to our full Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.

Accounting technicians are skilled staff, employed in jobs ranging from clerks to accounts department managers. They are also increasingly required in industry and commerce, so if you have AAT qualifications at any level your career prospects will be extremely good.
These professional examinations require a high standard of preparation and considerable commitment if success is to be achieved. In addition to the course fees, you will also be required to purchase set books (around £60) and register with the AAT (approximately £90).

Funding Information
The College offers an instalment plan for Further Education and Higher Education courses to students where the total amount payable at the point of enrolment is £200 or more. Within the scheme there is an ability to pay up to 6 instalments, depending on the length of the courses and the final payment must be paid at least a month before the end of the course.
If you are aged 19 or over you may qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan to help you pay the tuition fees for this course. Alternatively, you can pay by instalments to help make the cost of this course more affordable.
