What skills will I gain?

You will learn how to tile both walls and floors to a professional standard. You’ll be guided through the full process, from planning and setting out to working neatly around common obstacles such as sockets, pipes, and window reveals—skills particularly valuable for real life DIY and renovation projects.

You’ll also gain confidence using essential tiling tools, including dry and wet cutters, and learn about the different types of tiles, adhesives, and grouts available. This knowledge will enable you to take on a wide range of tiling projects at home or in a work setting.
