The college welcomes feedback from all members of the college community and from the general public. We use this process to recognise and improve our service to students, staff and the wider communities in which it exists.

The college usually expects comments to be made by the person concerned. However we will consider comments made by a student’s parent or advocate.
If you have a problem with a particular course, please discuss this matter with your tutor or Head of Department first, this will allow them the opportunity to resolve the matter. If you still remain dissatisfied, use this form to give us as much detail as possible and we will deal with your query as quickly as possible.
