Travelling to Central Bedfordshire College
Getting to a new College can be confusing, and we’re here to make your journey as easy as possible.

All of Central Bedfordshire College’s sites are easily accessible by public transport.
You may be eligible for help with the cost of travel if you:
- Are 16-18 years old at the beginning of your course AND
- Live more than 3 miles away from the college AND
- Live in a household with an income of less than £30,000 a year
If you are aged 19 or over at the start of your course, we may be able to support you financially with means of getting to college.
You may be eligible for help with the cost of travel if you:

- Live more than 3 miles away from the college AND
- Live in a household with an income of less than £30,000 a year, or, if you live with parents/guardians
and have your own income which is less than £30,000 a year

You are welcome to travel to college by car. There are parking spaces available for learners at all of our sites. At our main Dunstable campus, you will need to use your Student ID to gain access via the entrance barriers.
We have cycle points at all of our sites so travelling by bike couldn’t be easier. Please remember to lock up your bike securely.
If you live close by, you may even prefer to walk and get some exercise at the same time!
