Student Wellbeing Roadshow

Students attending Student Wellbeing Roadshow.

A range of well-being organisations and advisors have signed up to join a series of events staged at campuses of The Bedford College Group.

First up was at The Bedford Sixth Form on November 16th when 100s of 16+ students met and talked with organisations brought on board with the help of Public Health and Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS).

Similar events were then planned for the riverside Bedford College campus and the rural Shuttleworth College setting of Old Warden, near Biggleswade.

Said Student Wellbeing Manager Saima Nasir:

“We have received some great support from Public Health, CAMHS and other agencies to bring together a wide range of specialists who can offers support and signposting to our students in these challenging times. Our focus is on the well-being of our students so they can enjoy and make the most of their experience within The Bedford College Group.”
