Issured and Identifi Global Announced as New Partners in The Bedford College Group Employer Partnership Scheme

The Bedford College Group, with campuses across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, has expanded its Employer Partnership Scheme with the addition of Issured Ltd and Identifi Global.

This new collaboration brings together two complementary organisations that share a passion for digital innovation, workforce development and future-ready skills, helping to create exciting new opportunities for students across the Group.

Issured Ltd is an award-winning digital transformation and secure IT solutions consultancy, supporting organisations to achieve their strategic goals in an ever-changing digital world. With extensive experience across enterprise architecture, business change, cyber security, software development and workforce training, Issured helps clients reimagine and optimise the way they work.

Identifi Global is one of the UK’s leading specialists in recruitment services and talent solutions, with a particular focus on the IT and digital sectors. Since 2015, the company has championed a people-first approach to recruitment, helping businesses attract and retain exceptional talent. Through its personalised career management model, Identifi Global delivers tailored solutions for both permanent and contract roles, ensuring long-term success for clients and candidates alike.

As part of their involvement, Issured and Identifi Global plan to design and deliver an Employer Set Project for Digital T Level students, exploring real-world cybersecurity challenges and solutions. They are also keen to provide guest lectures, workshops, and employer talks for students on both Digital and Business courses, offering insight into areas such as data protection, digital transformation, and recruitment in the tech industry.

Both companies will also contribute to careers events and industry advisory boards and are looking into offering T Level placement opportunities for students studying Business Administration or Digital. In addition, they hope to support sessions on neurodiversity in the workplace, helping students understand how inclusive recruitment and workplace practices can unlock individual potential.
