Carli's global creative award

Art student Bedford College
Carli Hall (now Pfurtscheller), a former BA Graphic Communications student received a national award for her final major design project.

‘Refabric8’ is a branding concept based on the idea of up-cycling secondhand clothes to tackle the growing issue of ‘fast fashion’.

Carli who also designed the identity for Brewpoint,  the new Wells & Co  brewery off the A6 in Bedford,  is now well established as a freelance designer and has plans to turn the ‘Refabric8’ concept into a commercial venture.

Creative Conscience is a global movement with a worldwide awards scheme judged by leading creatives with the specific aim of improving the communities people live and work in, and so helping to transform the wider world. They promote socially valuable, human-centred design that enables and inspires people to change their lives, and the lives of those around them, for the better. They do this through their web platform, events, education, talks, workshops,  annual global awards scheme and through partnerships and collaboration. They are a charitable incorporated organisation, built by a community and founded by Chrissy Levett in 2012.
