Brand new tractors on display at Shuttleworth College

Agricultural equipment experts Tuckwells, hosted a demonstration of the very latest in farming technology at Shuttleworth College.

The event was open to the public to view high-tech tractors with a variety of tools such as seeding and tillage innovations.

Held at Kingshill Farm, Shuttleworth College’s working estate, a range of brand new Vaderstad machinery and John Deere were on display.

Prepared for the future of farming

Shuttleworth College Machinery Lecturer Ryan Barnett welcomed the Tuckwells team :

“It is very important for us to have such great industry links.  Our students are the future of farming and this equipment is the future of farming machinery.  It is essential to keep up-to-date with the latest developments so our students are prepared for future roles and jobs.”

Tuckwells is a family-run agricultural dealer, providing quality machinery across the East of England for over 65 years.

Shuttleworth College is part of The Bedford College Group.  Set in over 500 acres of protected parkland Shuttleworth College has a working farm, Zoological Education Centre, Fish Farm and Equine Centre.
