Bedford’s mainline station is a 15-minute walk from our Cauldwell Street Campus and BROOKS Hair & Beauty Salon. Bedford St Johns station is only five minutes from our Cauldwell Street Campus.
By foot or bike
There are bike racks at our Cauldwell Street Campus. You can also download a copy of the Bedford Borough Council Cycle Map.
By car
Parking is available at our Cauldwell Street Campus.
We have free parking available at Bedford college, which is on a first come, first serve basis and is very limited.

Melbourne Street Car Park
Melbourne St, Bedford MK42 9AN (behind Kids World/Laser World). Chargeable hours: 24 hours.
River Street Car Park
14 River Street, Bedford MK40 1PX
Chargeable hours: 24 hours.
St Mary’s Gardens Car Park
Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AH (access is between Bedford Borough Hall and Bedford College). Chargeable hours: 6:00am till 8:00pm.
Please head towards Reception where you will be greeted by a member of staff upon arrival at the college. They will then direct you to the correct subjects based on your interests.
Whether you’ve already applied or have no idea what you want to study yet, our Open Days are perfect for you! You can get a real feel of student life. Tutors will be on hand to explain in depth about our courses and our Student Services Team will also be there to offer advice on careers, transport, finance, well-being and more.

When registering, you will need to select a session time that is convenient for you to assist with our queue management. However, you are welcome to leave whenever you are ready to!
