Music Technology BA (Hons) Top-up (Full time)This course will enable you to work creatively with music technology.
- You will compose and mix music, and you will explore the many creative uses of sound in the Media Industries.
- You will develop knowledge and skills to support your own creativity, including critical listening, arranging, and sound recording.
Course information
To begin this course you will need to have successfully completed the Level 5 FdA in Music Technology or HND in Music Technology.

Throughout the year we will have visiting speakers from the creative industry joining us for short talks and workshop session. The University of Bedfordshire holds regular networking events in Luton and London where ex-students and industry professionals are invited along to network.
You will gain:
- BA (Hons) Music Technology
Assessment will take the form of practical music production, essays, presentations and active research. Teaching methods include practical workshops, lectures, tutorials, seminars and group/individual support.

During the course, you will need to attend College two days a week. Additional study will be required outside College, and we also provide access to facilities outside normal timetabled hours.
There will be an additional cost for travel to events/trips. You will be informed of costs prior to the events/trips. You will also require a set of over-ear headphones and portable flash storage.
