Windmill Avenue, Kettering – Road Closure until Thursday 27 January
Northamptonshire Highways, working with Western Power Distribution, have advised the College that they need to close the road to carry out utility diversion works.
Therefore, if you drive to Kettering Campus (NN15 6ER) you will need to follow the diversions in place as you will not be able to turn down Windmill Avenue from Barton Road (A603).
Please find a map below showing the road closure and alternative routes, which are as follows:
- If arriving via Pytchley Road (A509) turn left at the roundabout onto London Road. Continue on London Road and turn right on to Piper Hill Road. Stay on Pipers Hill Road until the end and turn right on to Windmill Avenue. Tresham College will be on your right.
- If arriving via Barton Road (A603) turn right at the traffic lights on to Warkton Lane. At the roundabout turn left on to Deeble Road and continue to the roundabout at the end. Turn left on to Windmill Avenue. Tresham College will be on your right.
Northamptonshire Highways have apologised for any inconvenience this may cause and have done all they can to reduce the disruption including considering night working however, this has not possible due to the current low overnight temperatures and the materials being used.
Updates will be available on Twitter @nnhighways or @TreshamCollege, Facebook @TreshamCollege and Instagram @TreshamCollege.
