If you are over 19 and wish to return to education, we are here to help you develop the skills you need to qualify as a teacher.
If you have a Degree in place you can apply to study:
- Certificate in Education (CerEd) in Lifelong Learning
- Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (ProfGCE) in Lifelong Learning
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Lifelong Learning
Courses are flexible, with the advantage of a bursary* and in-house teaching placements, you can study full-time or part-time (if you wish to continue working).
If you don’t have a Degree, you can still qualify to teach through our Access to Higher Education pathway, we are also hosting an Access to HE Information evening, simply click here to find out more.
You can study either at Bedford College or Tresham College providing you with the perfect opportunity to join us, to find out more register for one of our information events.
The event will include a Teacher Training Framework presentation, as well as providing time for any questions that you may have.
